So there is one Empress, and there won't be another.

One time, I purchased a second-hand Japanese porcelain tea set. I played with it, pierced it and finally made a chandelier from it.

After I was done I discovered this was a very expensive set. No, the discovery did not change the value of my chandelier. However, it did make me decide not to look for another set to make a second lamp.

Availability

Available now. Price, delivery and a time to see it lit, in my first reply. Collect it from the studio in Friedrichshain, or ask about delivery.

Wiring and safety

I rewire every piece with new cables and sockets. Hangs from a brass rod. Hanging pieces are connected by a qualified electrician.

Care

Dust with a dry cloth. The patina is part of the piece, so please don’t polish the original object. Made in my studio at Frankfurter Allee 6, Berlin.
